Card Handling and Pricing:
Each card is carefully handled and photographed immediately after being opened or received by Collector's Keep, ensuring buyers see the true condition without sleeves. Cards are promptly placed in a penny sleeve, followed by a rigid sleeve, and stored securely in a dark, climate-controlled environment. All items are not touched again by human hands until the new buyer takes them out.
Graded versions of these cards are on the way, but this bundle gives you the chance to secure them now in mint condition. Pricing reflects the card's grading potential and my belief in its future value as a collector. If this card isn’t the right fit for you, I’m more than happy to keep it in my personal collection.

    • Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in order cancellation and the item being relisted.

    Shipping

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
    • We ship via USPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on the item and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
    • Shipping is available to the U.S. and internationally. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
    • Expedited shipping and shipping insurance are available upon request. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased.

    Returns & Refunds

    • Sports cards: Due to the collectible nature, all sales on sports cards are final and non-returnable.
    • Collectible toys: We accept returns on toys within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged item or incorrect description), please contact us within 5 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

    Condition of Items

    • Graded sports cards will be listed with their official grading and no returns will be accepted for grading disputes.
    • Non-graded cards are sold "as-is." Please review images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
    • Vintage and collectible toys will be accurately described, and any wear or damage will be disclosed.

    Limitation of Liability

    Collector’s Keep is not liable for any damages or losses beyond the value of the purchased item. This includes but is not limited to loss or damage during shipping, unless shipping insurance has been purchased.
